Level 1 Course Content:

TECHNIQUES TAUGHT:

Risks – Alcohol and drugs.
Explanations for passengers.
Tools.
Before leaving (who to notify, preparation).
Clothing.
Presentation of the motorcycle for off-road (adjustments).
Position on the motorcycle (up, down, acceleration).
The weight of the motorcycle (balancing exercises).
How to pick up the motorcycle and prepare it to set off again.
Clutch friction point, how to use it.
Warm-up exercises.
Slalom at low speed (Enduro steering).
Parallel logs.
The 360 (full turn, full lock).
The climbs.
The descents.
The emergency stop in 3 steps.
The emergency stop on a climb.
Trail riding.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Possess an M1 or equivalent motorcycle license and have at least one year riding experience
Possess valid motorcycle insurance
Have the required equipment (helmet, gloves, boots, coat, pants, glasses)

Level 2 Course Content:

TECHNIQUES TAUGHT:

Accelerated and intense review of Level 1.
Water crossing techniques (large ponds, rivers).
Introduction to driving techniques in sand.
Obstacle clearing techniques (tree trunks, rocks).
180 ° turn techniques.
Brake slide turns.
The differents exercises are adapted by the instructor according to the skill of each participant.

QUALIFICATIONS:
